Nicole Johnson’s mission is to help you see your financial future. In 2008, she decided to become a homeowner. After attending several homebuyer workshops, leaving her with a lingering feeling of defeat. Learning what is all required to become a homeowner, she wondered why no one shared this critical information with her before attending. The requirements included a credit score in good standing, a budget and a right balance in your savings account.
Being that she had no one to coach her, she decided to do learn it for herself. Making a date with her credit report, bills and income, she wrestled with numbers until creating a sustainable budget. After seeing the results of her new budgeting system, she made a follow-up appointment with a homebuyer’s program in September 2009 and became a first-time homeowner!
Soon after that, Nicole began sharing her journey to homeownership with others as a way to encourage them to pursue their dream. Discovering the need for budgeting services, she started mentoring others, especially women. Instructing others by creating budgets to increase their savings while decreasing their debt. Individuals that follow her systems are on the path to homeownership!

Company History
B&B Financial Services, LLC was founded in October 2016. Ms. Johnson desired to continue mentoring her community by sharing budgeting skills, financial literacy, and home buyer preparation. Hence, helping individuals work their way through the home buying process. Networking with mortgage and real estate professionals, Ms. Johnson created the FB group, Achieving Your Dream of Homeownership, affectionately called the #Achievers. Nicole began coaching the members by reviewing their finances and creating an action plan for a sustainable budget. Following industry leaders such as Dave Ramsey, Michelle Singletary, and Patrice Washington.
Before starting her financial services business, in 2013, Ms. Johnson obtained a Masters in Public Administration with a concentration in Government and Finance, as well as, Juris Doctor at Birmingham School of Law. She served as the Student Dean (President) of the Law Fraternity four (4) consecutive years. Also, Ms. Johnson completed the FDIC Train the Trainer Certification course in March 2017 and became a HUD Certified Housing Counselor in May 2017.
As the needs of the #Achievers community continue to grow and evolve, so does she. Seeing the progress, reading success stories, and speaking with the members, encourages her work harder every day. As a result, Nicole started a Facebook community, Elite VIP. This group is for individuals seeking to learn how to budget their money, become accountable for their financial choices, and support one another while sharing the goal of reaching economic freedom and homeownership.
